Exam Pattern Of Investigators Examination

Candidates interested to appear in the Investigators Examination conducted by SSC have to write Proficiency Test, whose pattern is discussed here in this page. The exam pattern of Investigators Examination basically comprises of two sages;

1. Written Exam

Paper I: (Objective type consisting of 200 questions) - 2 hours

General Intelligence - For 50 marks

General Awareness - For 50 marks

General English & Comprehension - For 100 marks

Paper II: (Conventional type consisting of 200 questions of 200 marks) - 2 hours

Subject: Statistics/ Economics/ Mathematics

Note: Paper II (conventional paper) will be evaluated in respect of only those candidates who qualify in Paper - I (Objective type paper) at the standard which may be decided by the Commission at its discretion.

2. Interview

Interview is conducted for 100 Marks.

Only those candidates who secure in the written examination the minimum qualifying marks, as may be fixed by the commission in their discretion are eligible to appear at the interview.
