Exam Pattern Of Combined Matric Preliminary Exam

The Combined Matric Preliminary exam pattern is as given under. The Combined Matric Preliminary Exam is the screening test for selection of candidates for the Main Examination for the different categories of posts mentioned in the notification. The Preliminary written exam will comprise OF one paper with two parts:

Part I - General Intelligence Exam

This will be conducted for 100 marks.

Part II - General Awareness

This will be conducted for 100 marks.

The duration of the paper is 2.00 hrs. The questions in all the tests will be "Objective Multiple-Choice-Type".

Candidates will be required to qualify in each of the two tests separately. The questions will be set in English and Hindi.

Typewriting Test/Shorthand Test

The candidates who qualify the Main Exam(s) (The Main Examinations will be of descriptive-type) will have to undergo a Typewriting Test/Stenography Test as the case may be of Main Examination(s).
