JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (JEE) is conducted by the University College of Engineering, Burla or as notified for admission to MBBS/BDS/BPharm/BSc Nursing courses (including Engineering/Architecture) in the following Colleges.
Admission is open to permanent residents of Orissa. Exemption: Children/spouse of employees of State/Central Government/Undertaking/Universities in Orissa and Defence Personnel posted in Orissa.

- All India entrance 15%
- SC 8%
- ST 12%
- Green Card Holders 5% at medical colleges
- Physically handicapped 1 seat in medical colleges
- Defence & Paramilitary personnel Serving/retired/killed/Disabled-3 Seats in each Med
- College and 1 Seat for BDS in SCB Medical College Cuttack
- Seats are reserved for Govt. of India nominees.
