The Management of AMRITA VISHWA VIDYAPEETHAM reserves the right to change any of the conditions enumerated herein for the purpose of complying with any of the regulations of the University Grants Commission or any other competent authorities.
Eligibility Criteria:1. Minimum 17 years of age and maximum 23 years on or before 31st December 2012
2. Pass in 12th standard in the first attempt.
3. Must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Biotechnology & English individually and have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in English and 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology / Biotechnology taken together, from any State Higher Secondary Board or equivalent. NRI's and Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) who qualify from foreign universities will have to produce an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.
4. Those who appear for the qualifying examination in March / April 2012 can also apply.
