Syllabus Of RPF Sub Inspectors / Constables Examination
The syllabus of the written test conducted for the candidates to appear in the RPF Sub Inspectors Constables Examination conducted by the Central Selection Board is given here.
1. General Knowledge Syllabus
Duration - One hour
Total Marks - 100
The paper will be of objective type. Questions will be asked on past/current affairs, History, Geography, Hindi, Mathematics and Science.
2. General English Syllabus
Duration - One hour
Maximum Marks - 50
Questions will be set on Grammar, Précis Writing, Correction of Sentences, Annotation of selected Paragraphs/Poems, etc.
3. Essay Writing Syllabus
Duration - One hour
Maximum Marks - 50
Essay can be written either in English or in Hindi in 300 words.
The selected candidates will have to undergo a Medical Examination.
Finally selected candidates will have to undergo a rigorous training in the event of selection.
Stipend and allowances will be paid during training. Selected candidates are liable to serve anywhere in Indian Railways. |
