JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (JEE) is conducted by the West Bengal Board of Examination for admission to MBBS/BDS offered in the following listed colleges.
The Board is not responsible for admission to the constituent colleges and the candidates have to comply with the requirements of eligibility conditions for admission to different colleges.
The Board only provides merit list of entrance examination to the Central Selection Committee (Medical), Medical College, Anatomy Building, 88, College Street, Calcutta 700 073 and final selection rests with them.
After publication of merit lists, the candidates are required to make separate application to the Central Selection Committee of Medical Colleges with their prescribed fee and within the prescribed date and rules.
Admission is open to Indian citizens and has been residing in the State continuously for 10 years or who or whose parents are permanent residents of the State.
