The eligible candidates for the Indian Navy Artificer Apprentices Examination are only Unmarried male Indian citizens.

Educational Qualification For Indian Navy Artificer Apprentices Examination

Matriculation or equivalent with Science and Mathematics with 60% or above marks in aggregate. Candidates with less than 60% marks in Matric may be recruited if they have secured 55% or more marks in aggregate in a higher board examination with Science and Mathematics.

Age Limit For Indian Navy Artificer Apprentices Examination

15 to 18 years

Physical Requirements

Weight correlated to height and proportionate chest with minimum expansion of 5cms. Good medical and physical health, free from any disease/disability. No cardio-vascular, surgical deformities or infection of ear. No history of fits or psychiatric ailment. Minimum height should be 157 cm

Minimum eye standard: Without glasses better eye 6/6 and worse 6/9
