Eligibility Criteria:

1. Nationality / Citizenship:
   
   1. Candidate must be a citizen of India
   2. For post code 01 (Officer – Scale-I) the recruitment is on all India basis.
   3. For post code 02 (Clerk-cum-cashier) the candidate must be the DOMICILE OF UTTARAKHAND State.
2. AGE as on 01.12.2010 (FOR POST CODE 01 & 02 BOTH):
   For Officer Scale – I - Between 18 years and 26 years
   For Clerk-cum-Cashier/Office Assistant - Between 18 years and 26 years
   

Educational Qualifications ( As On 01.12.2010)

Post Code – 01 (Officer: Scale- I)

1. Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent.
2. Proficiency in local language, i.e. Hindi.
3. Knowledge of Computer is desirable.
4. Knowledge of English language.

1. 1. Bachelor Degree of a recognized University in any discipline or its equivalent; OR
   2. Pass with 50% (Pass marks for SC)marks in aggregate in Higher Secondary Examination of 10+2+3 pattern; XI standard of 11+3 pattern / Pre – degree or inter mediate or any equivalent examination; OR
   3. Diploma in Banking recognised by Central / State Governments or Union Territory;OR
   4. Pass with minimum 60% (50% for SC) marks in aggregate in matriculation / Senior School Certificate (Old Pattern) or equivalent; AND
2. Proficiency in local language, i.e. Hindi is essential.
3. Knowledge of Computer is desirable.
4. Knowledge of English language.

Test Centre (For Both Post)

1. The written test for the Post of Officer Scale I will be held on Sunday, 12.06.2011.
2. The Written Test for the post of Clerk-cum-Cashier/Officer Assistant will be held on Sunday, 05.06.2011.
3. The dates of examination are tentative. The exact dates will be communicated to the candidates through call letter for each examination.
   The Bank, however, reserves the right to cancel or make any change in the date of examination, if need arises.
4. The Written test will be scheduled at the following Centres and the address of the Venue will be advised in the Call Letter :
