Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(GGSIPU) conducts Common Entrance Test for admission to its various programmes in the university as well as affiliated institutes.
For admission in MBA programmes(both full time and part time) of Indraprastha University as well candidates have to appear in a an Entrance Test. Indraprastha University was established in 1999 by Government of NCT of Delhi and is recognised by University Grants Commission. It is the largest university in Delhi which provides variety of professional programmes.
Indrapratha University provides the 2 year MBA Programme in the University Campus through University School of Management Studies and 11 other affiliated institutes. The MBA Programme of Indraprastha University and affiliated institutes has over 1100 seats including those for reserved categories.
Eligibility:
A candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with atleast 50% aggregate marks from a recognised university/institute or Passed the Final Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or England, the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India or England or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Those applying for part time program should additionally have minimum one year experience at the level of Executive/Superviser/Teaching Faculty in an institution located in NCR Region.
Candidates appearing for their final year examinations in 2010 can also apply. Also a candidate should not be more than 35 years as on 1st August, 2010.
Availability of Application Forms:
Candidates can get the application form from designated Punjab & Sind Bank branches all over India. The form can also be obtained by sending a request for the form along with a demand draft and a self addressed envelope.
