Banaras Hindu University MBBS Entrance test 2006 - a summary
The Banaras Hindu University admits students for MBBS Course on the basis of All India competitive written test for admission to MBBS course in two stages. First stage (PMT- SCREENING- 2006) was held on Wednesday 10th May 2006 at Varanasi, Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad centers, to screen candidates for eligibility to take PMT Main 2006 to be held on Sunday 18th June 2006 at Varanasi Centre only.
Eligibility
Those who have cleared the Screening test held on Wednesday 10th May 2006 at Varanasi, Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad centers are only eligible to take the Main exam.
Admission procedure for Foreign Nationals
Foreign Nationals are not required to appear in the PMT examination for MBBS Course offered in Banaras Hindu University. They may seek admission through respective Ministries of Govt. of India, New Delhi, as per the rules laid down for the purpose and their nomination must reach by 15th July 2006.
